LAURELLA is the popular Polish fashion brand. In 2021 this couple opened yet another store, and mode:lina™ was entrusted with designing it. Main objectives set by the investors were crystal clear: the shop has to be the most pink and instagrammable place on the map of Poland. Another target was to create the safest and the most welcoming space for parents and their children to enjoy, as they often accompany the former while they're shopping. To meet these defined expectations, architects proposed to divide the shop's space into few themed areas, connected to one another with well lighted portals. In every one of them pink is still very much present, differing in shade only, and the entire concept is complemented with characteristic, eyecatching neons.

라우렐라(LAURELLA)는 폴란드 인기 패션 브랜드로 분홍빛에 둘러싸인 독특한 매장 분위기가 특징이다. 폴란드의 건축 스튜디오 모드:리나™는 라우렐라 프로젝트를 계획하며, 부모와 자녀가 함께 쇼핑을 할 때 안전하게 즐길 수 있는 공간을 조성하는 것을 목표로 했다. 이런 기대를 충족시키기 위해, 건축가들은 가게의 각 공간을 빛이 잘 드는 포탈로 서로 연결해 몇 개의 테마 영역으로 나눌 것을 제안했다. 색조의 차이가 있는 핑크빛 톤 앤 톤 무드는 눈을 사로잡는 네온 컬러가 더해져 사랑스러움을 배가한다. 라우렐라 스토어의 문을 열고 들어가는 첫걸음과 함께 연꽃 모양의 램프, 꽃무늬 바닥, 종이꽃 모빌, 플라워 파워 네온으로 장식된 '꽃의 공간'이 우리를 맞이한다.

매장 안으로 들어서면 활기를 불어넣는 타이포그래피 네온 조명이 방문객들을 반긴다. 롤러스케이트 트랙 등 스타일리시한 공간 콘셉트를 자아내는 분홍색은 브랜드만의 동적인 에너지를 내뿜는다. 이어지는 다음 구역은 '풀 파티' 테마를 중심으로 조성했다. 분홍색 풀볼로 가득 찬 수영장, 금속 의자, 런던의 풍광을 연상시키는 탈의실 등 레트로풍 인테리어가 트렌디한 분위기를 이끈다. 부모와 동반한 아이들은 키즈카페 또는 놀이방의 역할을 하는 이곳에서 엄마를 기다리며 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있다. 방 곳곳에 포인트가 있는 라우렐라 스토어는 수십 개의 전구가 사용됐으며, 60년대 분위기를 재현하는 로고 타입과 커피 머신, 공중전화 부스, 분홍색 카트 등 유니크한 디테일이 숨어 있다.

Changing rooms alone teleport us to the interior of railroad car with lamps alluding to specific hangers in the shape of a wheel, London's telephone booth and an elevator, in which we can find fantastic door sliding to the sides. The final point of interest in a shopping escapade is, of course, a counter - and as the entire store is dripping with fascinating motives, this one could not be the exception. Areas that could not be overlooked in such a friendly store are both a miniature playground for the youngest with a bouncy car and toilets designed in the spirit of 'disco' with a real glass ball suspended from the ceiling. To visit Laurella shop is an adventure in itself, where care about every detail, surprising solutions and most of all - attitude towards clientele - especially younger one - can be noticed almost every step of the way.
